Game File Editor

Jul 17, 2013 I love warcraft 2, and i love the map editor. I love warcraft 2, and i love the map editor. This was how i was able to make lots of different maps and I think it was practice for RPG Maker VX Ace. I was wondering if anybody knows of any saved game editors out there for WarCraft. WC3 Saved Game Editor. But I thought going in an hacking a save game file.

I tried to take a screenshot of my saved games to show everyone that I do in fact have saved games, but now I've noticed that not only am I missing a saved games folder, but I'm missing a screen shots folder! I read this from a Blizzard website (Hold down Control and hit the Print Screen button. This button is located to the right of the F12 key on most keyboards. The screenshot will be placed in the Screenshots directory in the Warcraft III directory as '.tga.' I did this, and it said something like 'screenshot saved,' but no screenshot folder appears. Again, reference the screenshot I took of my Warcraft III folder: I have no screen shot folder nor a saved games folder in this directory! Okay I've solved the initial mystery.

Windows 8 doesn't like doing a full hard drive search by default but I was able to do so in Windows Explorer. The files are located in%userprofile% appdata local virtualstore program files (x86) Warcraft III Files are put here when a program doesn't have administrative privileges to put them elsewhere. I'm an administrator on my machine, but I haven't been running Warcraft III as an administrator. This is the default behavior in Windows so hopefully this thread helps anyone else who's looking for their files. I have been playing Warcraft 3 on my new laptop, running Windows 10. I recently got another new PC, a desktop, which also runs Windows 10.

How can I transfer the save data onto my PC so I can pick up where I left off on my laptop? I tried looking in all of my Warcraft 3 folders and I see nothing that looks like a save file. I also tried searching for all of the locations that were mentioned in this thread (%userprofile% appdata local virtualstore program, Program Files Warcraft III Save, etc.) and anywhere else I could think of.

Borderlands 2 Save Game Editor

None of these searches returned anything. Does anybody have any advice? I really don't want to start the game over from the beginning again.
